BIOGRAPHY

Dr. OSISAMI, Rashidat Adenike is a Senior Lecturer and the pioneering Ag. Head of Department of Educational Management, College of Management and Social Sciences Education, Lagos State University of Education. She holds both Doctoral and Master’s Degrees in Educational Management and her Bachelor’s degree in Biology Education, all from the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. Her research orientation is in Human Resource Management. She has put in about 28 years in her career as a Lecturer which started in the Legacy institution, Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Noforija, Epe, where she served in many capacities as Dean, School of Education, Director, Institute of Commercial Management, United Kingdom (ICM,UK) MOCPED chapter, Head of Department of Educational Foundations and Mangement and Chairman Students’ Disciplinary Committee among others. She has contributed articles to many Journals and likewise served as External Assessor and Moderator at both Local and International Levels. She is a member of Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Nigeria Association for Educational Administration and Planning      (NAEAP), Primary and Tertiary Teacher Education Association of Nigeria (PATTEAN), Higher Education Research and Policy Network (HERPNET) and International Professional Development Association (IPDA). Her research works are visible on Google Scholar, Academia and Research gate.
