Dr. Fatimah Y Akinrinola is a Lecturer I staff in the department and  Akinrinola holds a PhD in Computer-Integrated Education from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. She has attended conferences both nationally and internationally, and have twenty seven (27) publications to her credit.  She is an experienced Lecturer with a 12-year background in the teaching of Computer Science Education at both College and University. She is dedicated to fostering student intellectual growth to become future computer science educators. Committed to continuous professional growth, resourceful, self-motivated, and adept at employing innovative teaching strategies for student success. She is a member of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), and Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) and the She also belongs to the CENAfrica Research Group.  among others. She is also currently serving on different committees in the University.
