OSHINOWO OLUWAKEMI RACHEAL is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Lagos State University of Education, Lagos, Nigeria. She is married with children and of Lagos State Origin. She holds her M.Ed and B.Ed. in Educational Management from Lagos State University and Ekiti State University respectively and NCE certificate in Agricultural Science Education from Lagos State College of Education, Oto/Ijanikin, Lagos. She’s an Educational Administrator per excellence. She’s passionate about teaching and imbibing morals into her students. She has authored and co-authored scholarly articles in National and International academic journals. Mrs. Oshinowo has also attended several conferences and seminars with papers presented to her credit. She has served as Chairman, secretary and members of several committees both within and outside the university. She has strong belief in the Almighty God. She is a member of Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and planning (NAEAP) and Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration (CCEAM).
