Mr. OMIYALE OLUSESAN PHILIP is an Assistant lecturer in the department of Educational Management, Lagos State University of Education, Oto/Ijanikin Lagos state Nigeria. He had his master’s degree from University of Lagos, Akoka. His B.Ed. Educational Management, Ekiti State University Ado Ekiti and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) AOCOED. He is a researcher in Educational Management, Administration and Planning and also a seasoned school maintenance specialist. Mr. OMIYALE OLUSESAN PHILIP is happily married and also blessed with children.
