He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, College of Management and Social Sciences Education, Lagos State University of Education. He is a research fellow of the University of Ilorin, Faculty of Education, and Department of Educational Management. He has quite numbers of learned articles both international and national journals to his credit.
