BIOGRAPHY

Dawodu, Oluwakayode Abayomi, is currently Lecturer I staff in the department. Dawodu’s commitment to academia extends beyond teaching. He has supervised numerous research projects and published extensively in journals and books focusing on topics such as computer science, education, and technology. His research interests include digital society, ICT in education, and the use of technology for sustainable development.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Dawodu has actively participated in conferences, workshops, and seminars both as a presenter and attendee. He has also engaged in community service within and outside educational institutions, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the classroom. With a wealth of experience in academia and a strong dedication to his work, Dawodu continues to inspire and educate future generations in the field of computer science. His leadership roles in various committees and his involvement in community activities reflect his holistic approach to education and community development.

Dawodu’s professional journey is characterized by a relentless pursuit of knowledge, a commitment to excellence in teaching, and a deep-rooted desire to contribute meaningfully to society through education and research. As a dedicated family man, Dawodu is married to Mrs. Joy O. Dawodu, and they are blessed with wonderful children.
