On Thursday, 27th November 2025, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Professor Shittu Morufudeen Adeniyi, on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Lagos State University of Education, Professor Bidemi Bilkis Lafiaji-Okuneye, received a delegation from Perfetti Van Melle Nigeria Limited, Agbara Industrial Estate, Ogun State. The visit was in connection with the company’s donation of receptacle bins to the university’s Oto/Ijanikin Main Campus.
Professor Shittu expressed profound appreciation to the donour on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor and the University Management for the generous and thoughtful gesture, noting that it would further support ongoing efforts to maintain a clean, healthy, and conducive academic environment.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Mr. Chinedu Onu stated that the donation aims to complement the university’s commitment to environmental cleanliness. He commended LASUED’s management for its evident dedication to sustaining a hygienic academic setting, which he said was clearly noticeable to the team during their visit.
