The Postgraduate College of the University invites candidates who had obtained Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) and wish to enroll for a 6 – month conversion programme to Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) during the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All candidates seeking admission into the conversion programme from Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) to Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) must:
i. have a Professional Diploma in Education certificate with a minimum of credit pass;
ii. have a first degree not lower than third class from a recognised University in relevant teaching subjects OR Higher National Diploma (HND) and
iii. 5 O’ Level Credits in English and any other four (4) subjects, with at least a Pass in Mathematics.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
i. Your E- mail address on this platform would serve as your Username while your Surname would be used as your Password.
ii. Applicants are required to make a non- refundable payment of Twenty – Five Thousand (#25,000) naira only into the LASUED designated account.
iii. Proceed to complete the Postgraduate Application Form online by visiting the University Postgraduate Admission Portal on www.lasued.edu.ng
Complete the Application Form step-by-step and submit it online at the final stage.
iv. After successful submission, applicants are required to print a copy of the e-registration slip for reference.
IMPORTANT NOTES
i. Academic transcript for Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) programmes must be received by the University not later than Two (2) weeks after the sale of forms; and
ii. All shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in a compulsory interview

Sale of application forms will close Six (6) weeks from the date of this publication.
