LSSB Conducts Verification Exercise for 2025/2026 Beneficiaries

The Management, Lagos State University of Education led by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Bidemi Bilkis Lafiaji-Okuneye on Monday 13th April, 2026 received officials from the Lagos State Scholarship Board (LSSB) at the Vice-Chancellor's Office on the 2025/2026 Indigenship Verification Exercise (hybrid) for the award of Bursary and Scholarship to indigenous students of Lagos State. The exercise is scheduled to hold from Monday, 13th April, to Friday 17th April, 2026, across both Oto/Ijanikin and Odo-Noforija Epe Campuses of the University. After meeting with the Vice-Chancellor and her team, the visiting delegates proceeded to Senator Oluremi Tinubu Hall to commence the verification exercise for the prospective beneficiaries at the Oto/Ijanikin Main Campus while students at Epe Campus will be verified at the Multipurpose Hall of the university within the stipulated dates. According to the Board, the process is compulsory for all beneficiaries and is aimed at verifying their eligibility for the state’s financial aid programmes.
