Dean’s Welcome Address

I am delighted to extend a warm welcome you on behalf of our prestigious university’s College of Vocational and Entrepreneurship Education (COVED). The College of Vocational and Entrepreneurial Education COVED, is one of the Colleges saddled with the responsibility to train graduates that will be self- sustaining and reliant in income generation and have the capacity to become the employers of labour in the different sectors of the economy. The College is made of three (3) departments that offer eight programmes that cover teaching, vocational and entrepreneurship disciplines.

These departments include:

• Department of Agricultural Science Education
• Department of Business & Entrepreneurship Education
• Department of Home Economics Education

I am excited to see a fresh academic year full of invention, ingenuity and knowledge-seeking. COVED is committed to providing our students with the knowledge, abilities and mindset needed to succeed in the dynamic realm of career and entrepreneurial pursuits.
